Additional Services

Domain Name Administrator

We can purchase and setup your own Domain Name (if not already taken), for example www.yourbusinessname.co.uk and this can be linked to you own server domain, for example when you logon to your Servers or Workstation You would be logging into the domain yourbusinessname

Email Setup POP Accounts

We can setup email pop accounts to link to your own Domain Name, for example joe.bloggs@yourbusinessname.co.uk,

Standard and advanced pop accounts are available with different configurations for spam filters and mail box size.

Email Setup, Exchange Account

We have a couple of solutions for running an exchange email account,

Solution 1

If you are a small business with less than 10 to 15 staff and don’t want to spend thousands on the purchase and installation of a new server, then you can purchase individual exchange mail boxes for each individual users

Solution 2

We can supply setup, install and configure an exchange server that would be located in your own office, If you are already using POP accounts and want to move over to Exchange but are worried about losing your old emails then don’t be, we can import all of your old emails to your new exchange account , (Please note that you will require a static ip address from you internet service provider, so we can redirect your MX records to it, and some additional router configuration will be required),

Internet

For most small Companies a business ADSL line is more that suffice, no need for expensive lease lines, We can help you decide which business internet service provider would best suit your needs, We can purchase the modems/routers and setup the complete network to distribute the internet to all required users with restrictions for each individual user in a secure environment

VPN (Virtual Private Network)

Virtual Private Network, Have you got two or more offices in different locations of the country that you want to network together securely; we can setup a gateway to gateway VPN so there is a constant link from office to office

Do your users need to connect to work from home, we can setup a client VPN software, so that  all your users will need is a Computer with an internet connection and some VPN software, The Netgear VPN routers we use cost from as little as £100 upwards,
